Green Belt Certification Requirements:

  • Complete 2-week training course
  • Pass course examination
  • Complete a Lean Six Sigma project at your organization
  • Submit an Application for Certification
  • Submit your project and presentation for review
  • Your project will be reviewed by members of the Six Sigma Team and management at your organization

Once the review process is complete, you will be awarded your Green Belt certification

Black Belt Certification Requirements:

  • Complete 4-week training course, or for previously certified Green Belts, complete the 2-week +2 course.
  • Pass course examination
  • Complete a Lean Six Sigma project at your organization
  • Submit an Application for Certification
  • Submit your project and presentation for review
  • Your project will be reviewed by members of the Six Sigma Team and management at your organization
  • Once the review process is complete, you will be awarded your Black Belt certification
